If your SCANBLOCK Card is damaged on delivery or fails to work by testing it on any retail pay terminal while its in your wallet, then we'll replace your Card within 10 business days with free shipping. Simply send the Card back to us and if we deem it to be a fault of ours, we'll send you a replacement Card right away upon receiving the damaged Card. If your Card is damaged as a fault of your own however, the warranty will not apply and a cost will be incurred for a replacement card.
